Jordan J. Kowalski
Jordan J. Kowalski has been an associate attorney with the firm since October 2022, where he has quickly established himself as a diligent and skilled trial advocate. With a diverse practice that spans a wide range of civil litigation, Jordan represents both plaintiffs and defendants in Connecticut’s state and federal courts. His practice areas include personal injury, commercial litigation, civil rights, employment litigation, probate litigation, construction litigation and business litigation, allowing him to tackle complex and high-stakes cases confidently.

Jordan’s legal expertise extends across all stages of litigation. He is adept at drafting persuasive pleadings and motions and rigorously preparing cases for trial. His meticulous approach to discovery ensures no detail is overlooked, and his courtroom presence is marked by a strategic and composed demeanor.

A native of Ledyard, Connecticut, Jordan’s roots in the community run deep. He attended Ledyard High School, where he was a top student and a standout athlete. Jordan’s leadership qualities were evident early on, as he captained the varsity football and baseball teams. He also earned the distinction of being named a regional Scholar-Athlete, a testament to his ability to balance academic success with athletic achievement. After high school, Jordan continued his athletic career, playing two years of college baseball at UConn-Avery Point, where he honed his competitive spirit and teamwork skills—attributes that now serve him well in the courtroom.

Jordan pursued his legal education at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2022 with a concentration in Workplace Law. His active involvement matched his academic success in the law school community. As a member of the mock trial team, Jordan demonstrated his advocacy skills, while his role as a mentor for incoming students highlighted his commitment to helping others succeed and ensuring their introduction to the law was less daunting. His legal training was further enriched by internships and clerkships at various private law firms and the United States Attorney’s Office, which provided him with hands-on experience in different aspects of the law.

Jordan is also a proud member of the Connecticut and New Haven Bar Associations, actively participating in the Young Lawyers and Employment Law sectors. His involvement in these professional communities underscores his dedication to staying at the forefront of legal developments and his commitment towards contributing to—and fostering—the next generation of legal professionals.

Before law school, Jordan earned his B.A. in Political Science with honors and a minor in Sociology from the University of Connecticut. His undergraduate education laid a strong foundation for his legal career, equipping him with a deep understanding of the political and social contexts that shape the law and our society.
Jordan’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the legal field. He is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and can often be found outdoors, whether training for local 5Ks, playing racquet sports, or working out at the gym. His dedication to fitness reflects the same drive and discipline that he brings to his legal practice.

Jordan currently resides in West Hartford with his wife, Elizabeth, where they are active members of the community. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys exploring the vibrant local food scene and staying connected with family and friends.
