Attorney Donato will confer with you to determine your objectives for your spouse and family after your death. We draft wills, trusts, living trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, health care agent appointments, and other necessary documents to assure that your wishes are followed as closely as possible in case of incapacity or death.
We represent estates, beneficiaries, executors and trustees in administering estates, attending all requisite probate court hearings.
